Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) yoga and fitness classes at Sparrows Point in Baltimore offer a fun and refreshing way to get on the water. Build core strength, improve balance, and enjoy an energizing workout surrounded by open water and scenic Chesapeake Bay views.

Imagine the sun on your face and a gentle breeze off the bay as you flow from downward dog to upward dog, or relax in savasana with your fingertips brushing the water in a peaceful coastal setting.

Sparrows Point SUP yoga and fitness classes are open to all levels, whether you’re new to paddling, new to yoga, or both. Basic paddle instruction is provided at the start of each class so you can feel confident and enjoy the experience.

Summer Solstice FloYo

Celebrate the longest day of the year under the sun and on the water! We will begin with a paddle before anchoring down into a yoga and meditation class focused on quiet power, radiance, and balance in tune with the rhythms of the sun. We’ll set summer intentions and finish with a ritual to honor the light within.

 

Solar Eclipse FloYo

August 12th

Join us on the water during this auspicious and powerful eclipse portal! We’ll honor the rare magic of the solar eclipse with a paddle, meditation, and yoga event focused on the balance between light and dark. Echoing the eclipse itself, we’ll work with the concepts of release, pause, transformation, and renewal.
