Yes we do; most of our locations have portable bathrooms directly on-site with fully featured bathrooms accessible nearby.

We do not have changing rooms, but you are welcome to change in the bathrooms on-site.

We have unlocked cubbies where you can store your things, important items (phones, keys, wallets) can be stored behind the desk. Or you can store belongings in your vehicle and we can hold onto your keys while on the water.

Please look for the Capital SUP logo and follow the signs displayed around to our parking area.
Quiet Waters Park – Please follow the signs throughout the park and you can park in the Blue Heron Parking lot and follow the Harness Creek Trail down to our shop. You will see a bulletin at the trailhead.
Eastport (Nautilus Point) – Please follow the signs on Americana Dr. to park in our designated spots in front of the marina/leasing office and take the trail (short .2 mile walk) to our paddle shack!
Arnold (The Point) – Just walk right down towards the water form the parking spaces in the back of the gravel lot at Ferry Point Marina.

Swim suits or comfortable athletic wear (please keep it modest as this is a family environment) but as the saying goes, “No Shirt, No Shoes, NO PROBLEM!”.

YES! Pets are welcome & highly encouraged.
Make sure to bring theirs if you have one, or rent from us. We have limited dog PFDs available for rent for $10 or purchase in-store or online here.

Yes – we have plenty of picnic tables where you are welcome to hang out and relax post/pre-paddling.
Our Quiet Waters location is a beautiful scenic park. We recommend walking the trails if you are looking to add on a short creek-side hike before or after your paddle adventures!
Nautilus Point is right in the heart of Eastport where you can grab a bite to eat at the Eastport Shopping Center, walk the beautiful neighborhoods, or even walk downtown Annapolis(1.3 mile walk).
Right next door to our Arnold location, The Point Crab House and Grill is a great place to get some drinks or a bite to eat right on the water!

Normally, park entry is $6/vehicle, but paddle members receive or have the option to add on an Anne Arundel County Park Pass valid for Quiet Waters, Kinder Farm, Downs, Beverly Triton, and Fort Smallwood now through the end of the year!

Capital SUP has THREE paddle locations for the 2025 season! Capital SUP will be headquartered out of Quiet Waters Park. Our NEWEST location is located in Arnold next to The Point Crab House and Grill, established in 2024. You can now paddle on Harness Creek, Back Creek, or Mill & Dividing Creeks, exploring multiple waterways and areas of beautiful Annapolis!

If you already have a park pass, send us an email and we will help you get set up with our 2024 paddle membership and adjust the pricing accordingly, or select a membership option where a pass is not included to get unlimited paddling for less!

All paddle members receive 10% off our summer kids camp, Grom Camp. Additional discounts are available for multi-kid registration.

Cancellation, Weather, and Refund Policy
At Capital SUP safety comes first! We do not allow paddlers to enter the water when there are signs of lightning, thunder, or high winds. Life jackets must be worn at all times.
We still allow paddling in light rain! Rentals/Tours/Classes still take place rain or shine.
Management actively monitors the weather and if the radar suggests heavy rains or storms we will let you know if we have to cancel activities due to unsafe conditions.
Any bookings that have to be canceled by Capital SUP will be credited for future service. This rain check is redeemable all season long and is transferable to others.
Cancellation Policy:
There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations by the customer, but we will issue credit for future for cancellations made prior to our cut-off times below:
- Rentals & Lessons – If a customer “No Shows” without contacting management OR cancels less than 2 HOURS before, there will be no issued credit.
- All other Experiences (SUP Yoga, Special Events, etc.) – If a customer “No Shows” without contacting management OR cancels less than 12 HOURS before, there will be no issued credit.
Cancellation Policy for all bookings made with a Paddle Membership:
Paddle Members must contact management to cancel at least 12 HOURS before an activity, or they will be charged the full price of that activity. (see your membership cancellation agreement)
