SloFlo

The water lends itself to relaxation and the restorative postures will be held longer to allow for a full release, easing the body and invigorating the spirit.

This class is designed to help you slow down and find peace and serenity outdoors. You will leave this class feeling relaxed, refreshed and connected to nature.

Paddle & Flow

In this fun class we combine two of our most popular activities: our SUP Social & Water Front Yoga! First, we will guide you on a 45-minute paddle and then we finish the experience with a relaxing yoga practice on the land at B’More SUP.

Solar Eclipse FloYo

August 12, 2026 at 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Join us on the water during this auspicious and powerful eclipse portal! We’ll honor the rare magic of the solar eclipse with a paddle, meditation, and yoga event focused on the balance between light and dark. Echoing the eclipse itself, we’ll work with the concepts of release, pause, transformation, and renewal.

Summer Solstice FloYo

June 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Celebrate the longest day of the year under the sun and on the water! We will begin with a paddle before anchoring down into a yoga and meditation class focused on quiet power, radiance, and balance in tune with the rhythms of the sun. We’ll set summer intentions and finish with a ritual to honor the light within.

SloFlo + Floating Sound Bath

We start on land with a basic SUP lesson so everyone feels ready— then take it to the water. We begin with a Slow Flow yoga practice on stand-up paddleboards. Slow Flow is a gentle, breath-connected practice that challenges your balance and quiets your mind. From there, Crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments carry you into full relaxation as you float on the peaceful cove at Sparrows Point.
No paddleboard experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

Midsummer Celebration

Lammas is an ancient harvest festival celebrated on August 1st, marking the midpoint between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox. It honors the earth’s first harvest and the fullness of the season, while acknowledging that the days are already, almost imperceptibly, growing shorter.

We celebrate on the water at sunset. As the sun drops lower in the sky, we move through a Slow Flow yoga practice on stand-up paddleboards — gentle, breath-connected, and grounding. From there, we settle into a guided meditation on the water, held by the last light of a long summer evening.

Back on shore, we close with s’mores and sparklers — a nod to the ancient tradition of gathering around fire to mark the turning of the season.

No paddleboard experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

Use the Annapolis waterways as your gym! Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water! Not only is it a great workout that builds core strength and balance, but a great time with awesome people!

Stand Up Paddle Board yoga will challenge your core and rejuvenate your spirit! Imagine the sun on your face, a gentle breeze blowing across your skin, as you lift yourself into upward upward-facing dog, or float weightlessly in savasana, fingers dipping into the cool water during your final relaxation.

Classes are open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, fitness, yoga or all of the above. Basic paddle instruction will be given at the start of each class.

Classes are 60 minutes long on water. Each event is about 90 minutes total to account for check-in, safety briefing, launching, class & return time!

If you are a fitness instructor interested in teaching with us, please reach out to Meggie at [email protected].
