BOUNCE + PADDLE
Join us for a Bounce + Paddle, we will start the workout with a trampoline workout where we will have a mix of cardio and strength training. We will conclude the workout with a stretch and cool down paddle.
BREATHE, FLOW & FLOAT
This class will take place all on the water – we will start with a gentle vinyasa flow on our boards, followed by a curated breath journey set to music! After a nice stretch, allow yourself the space to receive the magic of your breath. We will return to the pier to share some refreshing mocktails while sharing about our breath experience!
BREATHWORK & BREWS
We will begin with some light & slow yoga stretching & then you get to “rest & receive” as you’re guided on a meditative breath journey set to music. Come experience the power of your breath & leave feeling grounded & centered for your day! Join me after for a nice cup of coffee while we share about our breath journey!

DANCE + PADDLE
Moms in Motion & YogiAllie pop-up class – 1 hr Dance Cardio + 1 hr of Paddling and SUP Yoga followed by Happy Hour back on land!
SUNSET SUP YIN YOGA AND ROWDY MERMAID KOMBUCHA
Join Tracy for a quiet and calm SUP Yin yoga practice, focused on stretching the fascia and connective tissue and compressing the joints to help students achieve greater flexibility, increased circulation, joint health, and a sense of inner peace. During our longer pose holds (3-5 minutes each), your guided breath and the water will gently rock you deeper into each stretch. This meditative and tranquil practice is suitable for all fitness levels and will leave you feeling refreshed and focused. A basic introduction to paddling will be given at the beginning of each class. After our practice, we’ll paddle in and share a delicious can of Rowdy Mermaid (non-alcoholic) kombucha – one of Tracy’s favorites!
ACU-YIN
Use the Annapolis waterways as your gym! Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water! Not only is it a great workout that builds core strength and balance, but a great time with awesome people!
Stand Up Paddle Board yoga will challenge your core and rejuvenate your spirit! Imagine the sun on your face, a gentle breeze blowing across your skin, as you lift yourself into upward upward-facing dog, or float weightlessly in savasana, fingers dipping into the cool water during your final relaxation.
Classes are open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, fitness, yoga or all of the above. Basic paddle instruction will be given at the start of each class.
Classes are 60 minutes long on water. Each event is about 90 minutes total to account for check-in, safety briefing, launching, class & return time!
