Get Fit Bootcamp & Paddle
Ready to get moving and have fun doing it? Join us at Get Fit, Sis — a fitness community created by two sisters with a passion for building a community where everyone feels welcome! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, our BootCamp-style workouts are designed for all fitness levels and include a mix of barre, HIIT, and strength training. We believe fitness should be inclusive, empowering, and most importantly, fun! So grab a friend, come as you are, and let’s move our bodies together in a supportive, positive space. Bounce & Paddle
BeckyJoin us for a Bounce + Paddle, we will start the workout with a trampoline workout where we will have a mix of cardio and strength training. We will conclude the workout with a stretch and cool down paddle.
DANCE + PADDLE
Moms in Motion & YogiAllie pop-up class – 1 hr Dance Cardio + 1 hr of Paddling and SUP Yoga followed by Happy Hour back on land!
Barre & Boards
LoriJoin Capital SUP for an epic experience on land and on water. Blending a full-body barre workout with an exciting paddle session on the water. Fitness instructor, Lori McClelland, joins us from Lifetime Fitness, Annapolis for some coastline fun.
We’ll start with a low-impact, high-burn barre class designed to sculpt and strengthen, followed by a guided kayak or stand up paddleboard outing. It’s the perfect mix of strength, serenity, and sunshine!
SUP Yoga
TracyJoin Tracy on the water for a rejuvenating SUP Yoga experience that blends mindful movement with the calming rhythm of the bay. Her classes offer a balance of gentle stretches, flowing sequences, and moments of stillness—perfect for all skill levels. Reconnect with your breath, build strength, and find peace as you float through your practice under the open sky.
Yoga For Mobility & Paddling
RuthieJoin Ruthie for Yoga for Mobility. A great for post-paddle or recovery days, “yin style” yoga with stretches chosen specifically for paddlers. Lower noise space is ideal, this is a meditative as well as physical practice
Cross Training for Paddlers, my recommended programming for *most* paddlers for their strength cross-training program (to pair with their paddling training. Exercises in a circuit for a good cardiovascular and muscular endurance workout
SUP Yoga
AllieExperience a unique blend of movement and mindfulness on the water with Allie’s SUP Yoga classes. Each session begins with a gentle paddle warm-up, followed by a mix of Yoga Bend and Vinyasa flows designed to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Allie’s class offers a fun, calming way to connect with your body and the water. End your practice with a peaceful floating savasana.
Use the Annapolis waterways as your gym! Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water! Not only is it a great workout that builds core strength and balance, but a great time with awesome people!
Stand Up Paddle Board yoga will challenge your core and rejuvenate your spirit! Imagine the sun on your face, a gentle breeze blowing across your skin, as you lift yourself into upward upward-facing dog, or float weightlessly in savasana, fingers dipping into the cool water during your final relaxation.
Classes are open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, fitness, yoga or all of the above. Basic paddle instruction will be given at the start of each class.
Classes are 60 minutes long on water. Each event is about 90 minutes total to account for check-in, safety briefing, launching, class & return time!
