Eastport Annapolis SUP Yoga & Fitness
Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water! Not only is it a great workout that builds core strength and balance but a great time with awesome people! This fun Annapolis SUP fitness class will challenge you and rejuvenate your spirit!
Imagine the sun on your face and a gentle breeze blowing across your skin as you transition from downward to upward facing dog pose. Or floating weightlessly in savasana, fingers dipping into the cool water, during your final relaxation.
Annapolis SUP yoga classes are open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, or new to yoga, or both. Basic paddle instruction will be given at the start of each class.
Classes:
SUP Yoga With Allie
Flow, flex, and float with Allie in this energizing SUP Yoga experience that combines the dynamic movement of Vinyasa Flow with the deep release of Yoga Bend. Set on the peaceful waters of Capital SUP, classes begin with breath-led sequences that build strength and balance, then melt into long, restorative stretches to open the body and calm the mind.
Perfect for all levels—whether you’re new to yoga, paddle boarding, or both. Come float, breathe, and move with intention.
SUP Yoga With Tracy
Recenter and refresh with Tracy during a soulful SUP Yoga session designed to restore balance, both on and off the board. Her classes blend gentle, mindful movement with deep breathwork and focused intention, creating a calm, nurturing space for all bodies and experience levels.
Expect smooth flows, reflective pauses, and playful moments that help you connect with your breath, the board, and the beauty around you.
Bounce & Paddle With Becky
Join us for a Bounce + Paddle, we will start the workout with a trampoline workout where we will have a mix of cardio and strength training. We will conclude the workout with a stretch and cool down paddle.
