Use the Annapolis waterways as your gym! Stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water! Not only is it a great workout that builds core strength and balance, but a great time with awesome people!

SUP yoga will challenge your core and rejuvenate your spirit! Imagine the sun on your face, a gentle breeze blowing across your skin, as you lift yourself into upward facing dog, or float weightlessly in savasana, fingers dipping into the cool water during your final relaxation.

Classes are open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, fitness, yoga or all of the above. Basic paddle instruction will be given at the start of each class.

*All SUP Yoga Classes will be hosted at our Main Location on Edgewood Rd. (parking is available at 7300 Edgewood Rd.)

7/30 (6:00 pm – 7:30 pm) – Acu-Yoga Workshop | Yin with Rachel & Acupuncture with Adele

After Rachel leads a Yin flow on the boards, we will enjoy an extended savasana on land while Adele Muir, licensed Acupuncturist, gives a relaxing treatment. In Chinese Medicine, the season of Summer corresponds to the Fire Element, and a playful, bright and compassionate energy. Acupuncture points selected resonate with the spirit of Summer, encouraging the gentle opening of the Heart while calming and soothing the mind.

We are asking all yogis to bring their own mat or towel to rest on for the acupuncture treatment. If you don’t have one, we will have extras too!

8/15 (9:30 am – 11:00 am) – Battle HIIT & Paddle with Kaite Salmi & Becky Coward | Smoothie Bowls from Rutabaga after class

8/20 (5:00 pm – 6:30 pm) – Acu-Yoga Workshop | Yin with Rachel & Acupuncture with Adele

8/28 (9:00 am – 10:15 am) – SUP & SIP with Marissa Walch & Pure Raw Juice | Juice after class
