Entering into the 8th season of our Race Training program, our mission remains the same. We strive to help you reach your paddling and/or fitness goals. Whether your goal is to become stronger and healthier, more efficient while paddling, or become more confident in various conditions, we are here to help.
Our training philosophy and positive paddling community will help you reach your goals on the water and in life. We accomplish this by creating an internal competitive atmosphere while preaching teamwork and positive attitudes. Come join the paddling culture at Capital SUP.
New to this season, the Race Training program will be included in our Paddle Membership package, so you can train with us and paddle for fun all in one!
Want to try out a race training session before buying the full membership? We have drop-in rates too!
Regular in-season race training will take place Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7am and 6pm. Paddle Members are welcome to join as many or as little training sessions as they want. It is all about what you are looking to get out of training! Race Board rentals are not included in the Paddle Membership and must be reserved and paid for separately. Race board rentals are $10/session, but you are welcome and encouraged to bring your own race board to practice!
