Grom Camp Returns
Our 2019 season is right around the corner, and that means Grom Camp is too! We are so excited for Grom Camp this summer and all of the activities we have in store! Our new location on Back Creek gives us access to a park and a new creek to explore.
Here are a couple of testimonials from two brothers that came to Grom Camp last year.
The Capital SUP Grom Camp was a good time for me because of the fact that there was something new to do constantly. Every day we had a new and fun experience. For instance on Monday, we went paddle boarding to a little island. The following day we went paddle boarding and got ice cream. I, for one, got the chance to complete 2 weeks of camp yet would have loved to had more time. I didn’t want it to end!

My experience at Grom camp was so much fun. Why you say? Because I never really had paddle boarded at all before this. I had so much fun because I learned so much about paddle boarding. The first week we did races, went downtown for ice cream and a lot more. My second week at Grom camp I was a lot more experienced because I did the first week. I loved it so much I wanted to go back!!! I then went to race training that week because I wanted to do a race. I did a race in Ocean City and it was so much fun. Thanks to Capital SUP I can now paddle board even better then ever!

Kids will walk away from their week of Grom Camp with new friends, more confidence on the water, and more knowledgeable about oysters and the importance of keeping our waterways clean. Not to mention, some of the best memories of the summer, they will be asking to come back for a second or third week!
