Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is a fun and relaxing way to be out on the water! Not only is it a great workout that builds core strength and balance but a great time with awesome people! This fun Annapolis SUP fitness class​ will challenge you and rejuvenate your spirit!

Imagine the sun on your face and a gentle breeze blowing across your skin as you transition from downward to upward facing dog pose. Or floating weightlessly in savasana, fingers dipping into the cool water, during your final relaxation.

Annapolis SUP yoga classes are open to all levels, whether you are new to paddling, or new to yoga, or both. Basic paddle instruction will be given at the start of each class.

SUP Yoga in Annapolis

An all-levels Annapolis SUP yoga​ class on beautiful Back Creek. A great way to challenge your balance, improve your strength, and get a good stretch in, all while relaxing on the water. Styles vary with each teacher. Some classes include fun add-ons!

A combo class both on land and water. Becky guides you though a fun bounce trampoline workout on land followed by a paddle to cool down on the water

SUP Sound Bath

Feel the vibration of sound around you as different instruments are played. Hear their sound travel over the water and through your body in this meditation based class.
