Celebrate Independence Day on the water with Capital SUP! Paddle out with us to catch Annapolis’ spectacular fireworks show from the best seat in the house — your board or kayak. Includes gear, guides, and a scenic paddle through Back Creek before anchoring for the show.

Quiet Waters Park & Nautilus Point

Grab your leash and paddle! Join us for Yappy Hour, a dog-friendly paddle where you and your pup can hit the water together on a SUP or kayak. Led by our amazing guide Chan Mee, alongside her dogs Kaden and Adalynn, this event is perfect for animal lovers who want to enjoy summer paddling with their furry companions.

Make memories on the water with your little one! Join Bre for a relaxed group paddle designed for moms and kids to enjoy time together on SUPs or kayaks.

All levels welcome. Gear included. Just bring the smiles! Ages 3-7

Paddle with us as we watch the sun rise over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. The best views in town for the sunrise are on the water. Enjoy Rise Up coffee after the paddle!

Start your day with breathtaking views on our Downtown Annapolis Sunrise Paddle. Glide through the calm waters as the sun rises over the historic cityscape, casting a golden glow on the iconic landmarks and serene harbor. After join us for some paddle board yoga as we prepare for the day.

Quiet Waters Park & Ferry Point

Paddle with us as the sun goes down and fills the sky with color! Join our guided Sunset Paddles at both Quiet Waters Park and Ferry Point. Explore the water during golden hour with friends, peaceful vibes, and incredible views. Stand-up paddleboards and kayaks available – all levels welcome!

Join us for a guided paddle under the moonlight, led by Bryan Gomes, an ACA Level 2 Guide, Master Naturalist, AND Watershed Steward! Feel the energy of the full moon and experience the peacefulness of a night paddle. $15 of each ticket will be donated to benefit the non-profit.

Pop-up Event!

Join Bre for a relaxed morning paddle to Oscar’s Coffee, one of Eastport’s newest local gems. Enjoy a group paddle and a fresh cup of coffee on us. Limited spots available for this pop-up event. Paddle, sip, and start your day the Capital SUP way.

Quiet Waters Park | Wednesdays at 6:30 PM & Saturdays at 10:00 AM

New to paddleboarding? Join our Intro to SUP class and learn to paddle with a group! We’ll cover balance, paddle technique, and safety in a fun, supportive setting — perfect for beginners.

Bring your running shoes and join us for our Monday night run club! We’ll run 2 miles around Quiet Waters Park, then cool down with a relaxing paddle on Harness Creek. All paces and levels of experience are welcome! Run Club will take place on Mondays at 6:30 pm. Join us post-run for a cool-down paddle on Harness Creek.

Wednesday’s | 6:00 PM | All 3 locations

Join us for River Sweepers, our monthly community cleanup paddle! Help remove trash from local waterways while enjoying an evening on the water. $10 donation supports the Watershed Stewards Academy and their mission to protect the Bay. Paddle for a purpose — let’s keep our rivers clean!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Blue Angels Flotilla Paddle! We had an incredible time watching the U.S. Navy Blue Angels soar over Annapolis from the best seat in the house — the water.

With anchors down and skies buzzing, our paddlers enjoyed an unforgettable afternoon of front-row air show views. This once-a-year event continues to be one of the most thrilling paddles of the season.
